Analyst predicts Dogecoin $2 as Musk revives Dogefather meme

Musk revived the “Dogefather” on X. Hype returned, but Dogecoin (DOGE) barely moved and then fell with the market.

Elon Musk posted an AI “Godfather” spoof via Grok Imagine, calling himself the “Dogefather” and joking about a private key. The clip put DOGE back in the spotlight among traders. Image from the post:

Musk’s posts have moved DOGE before. One example saw a 6.5% pop after his mention documented here. This time the effect faded. “Posts like this used to give us money a few years ago,” wrote one X user here.

Price action stayed flat, then slipped with crypto. DOGE lost the $0.10 handle and printed a $0.0918 weekly low on Thursday. As of writing, it trades near $0.092, down 2.5% on the day.

Some chartists still point to the bigger setup. A market observer said DOGE’s macro structure remains intact in this note. Trader Alan argued a final falling wedge has completed, calling this a “prime accumulation window,” and added “Doge at $2 is inevitable” on X.

Context: debate over whether Musk “abandoned” DOGE had picked up earlier per this piece. Now, his meme is back, but short‑term price reaction is muted.
